Shortly after, he qualified for U.S. Nationals and the U.S. Olympic Team Trials. Titus returned to Jenks for his senior year of high school, setting school and state records that year. Titus' first foray into coaching was spent in Huntington Beach, California, training and coaching under legend Mark Schubert for Golden West Club. He also assisted Schubert at Golden West Jr. College...helping lead them to two state championship titles (both women's and men's). Titus coached at the University of Texas in 2014 under Eddie Reese and Kris Kubik. Titus worked closely with athletes like distance legend Michael McBroom, Olympic Silver Medalist Jimmy Feigen and rising star Jack Conger.
